Packing up and moving house have consumed all of this month. I had forgotten how lucky I was with rented accommodation; I didn't even have to cut the grass!!
The new place is big, I think when the kids go to university we will both have to wear pager's so we can find each other. Of course I am the typical handy man type, I think the house is great because it has a workshop and a three-car garage, but I am sure that my wife thinks its great for other reasons.
I had to fit out a new workshop, put up a wall, build a bedroom for my son, put up four doors, build a closet, put up a couple of suspended ceilings and put a coat of paint over the whole lot.
Phew, every time I move I tell myself that I am never going to do it again ! I must be a slow learner. Needless to say no building got done, well not on the Europa anyway.
The upside of all of this is that next to the workshop is a rumpus room and it looks like the wing is going to fit just nicely in there.
